More Surprises: Callaway X22 Irons

Today, the Callaway X22 irons bring us more surprises, and the most claasic iron set of X-series irons.

Callaway's senior engineers were scored by the weight of the new design, shifted weight to the best performance, and made the moment of inertia of X22 irons 10% higher than that of previous irons. At the same time, they maintained the original center of gravity, made the weight of the exact configuration be the margin of the head part and created a higher MOI to seek a better fault-tolerance and stability.

Callaway has starting using the VFT technology in most of its golf clubs these days. VFT stands for Variable Face Thickness and when used in irons it lowers the center of gravity creating the perfect trajectory. That perfect trajectory results in a higher launch angle in the lower irons and better control of trajectory in the shorter irons.

"More than 25 years, Callaway Golf Company has consistently developed the most advanced materials and processes, creating an equipment to adapt to changes." Callaway Golf President and CEO George Fellows said, "X22 irons are discount golf equipment. It is designed for golfers with unparalleled strength and accuracy. "

These irons have been extremely popular on the market for one year.
